Jamal's signature haze still exists, but now you can hear the experimental jazz tinges bubbling underneath the acidic synth lines. "The Fourth Dimension" is where chaos meets order, where Hieroglyphic Being, the self proclaimed Sun God chooses to shine. "Star Time" is a murkier peak time love affair with only the most faint of synth lines piercing through the darkness. Jamal has proven he's long been a purveyor of subtlety and with this release he manages to include his passion for pure and punishing techno albeit with a delicate master stroke.
